AOL: when “unlimited” doesn’t mean unlimited

Today, i noticed that the internet was going slow, so i phoned up AOL (my service provider). They kindly informed me that even though I’m on an UNLIMITED package, that “unlimited” doesn’t mean unlimited, it means “unlimited up to 60gb a month, then we’ll slow you right down so you hate us”.

To me:  ”unlimited up to 60gb a month” should read “Limited to 60gb a month”. Cunts. It’s almost as annoying as when they spammed everybody in the country with the same CD three times a month.

Changing broadband provider to someone decent as soon as possible.
